International Bus Terminal Master Plan
ANNOUNCEMENT FOR PROJECT RETENTRING
Ministry of Finance re-announce the issuing of the following projects (International Bus Terminal Master Plan / Ministry Of Communication) for International Engineering Consultant firms (professional input of 70 % ) associated with local firms to carry out the required Consultancy Services according to the Following Conditions.
I. Pre-Qualification Documents:

Participating consultant must be Registered with the Ministry of Finance (Consultants Department)

Required Firm Experiences:
- General firm experience not less than [ 10 ] years in the Master Plan Development and transportation.
- Providing firm works for the past [ 5 ] years.
- Minimum Similar projects (In Public Transport and Planning of Bus Terminal ) executed by the firm in the last [ 10 ] years and not less than [ 3 ] projects.
- Provide all Information about all the Professional and Technical firm's Staff with relevant CV’s . The Professional key Staff should have a minimum [ 15 ] years experience in the any of the these fields; Master Plan/ traffic Public Transportation/ Bus Terminal.
Note :
The relevant data regarding the office experience and office staff should be filled in accordance to format 1 and 2 which can be seen in website WWW.MOF.GOV.KW. The Terms of Reference (TOR) of the projects also can be seen in the above mentioned website.

Therefore, the International Consulting firms which comply with the above mentioned conditions and interested to participate, are requested to submit the necessary documents mentioned in the (Pre-Qualification Documents 3 copies) to the Ministry of Finance at the following address:

During workings hours, within 2 weeks from the date of this Announcement. Any proposal dose not comply with the above conditions will be disqualified. The information provided by the consultants is classified as confidential and will only be used as a tool to screen potential qualified consultant.
The prequalification process is a preparatory step and is not obligatory to the Ministry Of Finance.
Finally, any queries arising from this project should be submitted to the Ministry of Finance/ Consultants Department not later than a week of this Announcement.
